We know how committed every one of our advisors is to supporting a vibrant and diverse talent base in the financial services industry. As you know, the Prime Capital team is equally committed to this, and that is why we recently formed a 501(c)(3) that is sponsoring scholarships for women and people of color who are interested in pursuing careers in finance, financial planning, and/or investment management.

The entire financial services industry is behind on this issue, and we are taking a leadership role in promoting greater diversity in our space. Becoming more diverse will require a lot of effort, and a key ingredient will be encouraging students to study finance, financial planning and investments in college. You may know that Prime Capital has a robust internship program, and The Future of Finance Scholarship Fund will be a perfect add-on to our program.

The 2023-2024 academic year is our first for providing scholarships, and we plan to provide them annually. Last August, the Future of Finance Scholarship Fund awarded our first two scholarships. You and/or your friends may have children who are interested in applying for a scholarship (applications are found at our website).

Raising money is an important component for any nonprofit, and we would really appreciate any support you are willing to provide to this very important initiative. I am personally grateful for the career I have in this tremendous industry and have made a contribution myself. All contributions are fully tax deductible.
